This page lists the infrastructure and processing sub-processors that Foretell engages to deliver the Service. It is the canonical sub-processor inventory referenced by our Privacy Policy (Section 7) and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Each sub-processor acts under contract, only as needed to provide the Service, and is not permitted to use your data for its own purposes. עמוד זה מפרט את מעבדי המשנה לתשתית ולעיבוד ש‑Foretell נעזרת בהם לאספקת השירות. זוהי רשימת מעבדי המשנה הקנונית שאליה מפנים מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו (סעיף 7) והסכם עיבוד הנתונים (DPA). כל מעבד משנה פועל תחת חוזה, רק כנדרש לאספקת השירות, ואינו רשאי להשתמש בנתונים שלכם למטרותיו.

Our quantitative-forecasting model (TimesFM) is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and is therefore NOT a sub-processor. The numeric time-series data it uses never leaves our systems to a third party (see Privacy Policy Section 6), and is never used to train any model. מודל החיזוי הכמותי שלנו (TimesFM) פועל באירוח עצמי על התשתית שלנו ולכן אינו מעבד משנה. הנתונים המספריים (סדרות-זמן) שבהם הוא משתמש לעולם אינם יוצאים ממערכותינו לצד שלישי (ראו מדיניות הפרטיות סעיף 6), ולעולם אינם משמשים לאימון מודל כלשהו.
3. Contracts & international transfers3. חוזים והעברות בינלאומיות
Each sub-processor is engaged under a data-processing agreement consistent with GDPR Article 28. Most are US-based; where they process EU/EEA personal data, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and on Israeli adequacy, together with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
