Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought. We aim to give every user — regardless of ability, assistive technology, input method, or device — an equivalent, dignified, and independent experience of Foretell. 2. Conformance status2. סטטוס עמידה בתקן

We design and develop Foretell to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized standard published by the W3C. אנו מתכננים ומפתחים את Foretell כך שיעמוד בהנחיות הנגישות לתוכן באינטרנט (WCAG) 2.1, רמה AA — התקן הבין‑לאומי המקובל שפרסם ארגון ה‑W3C.

In Israel, we align with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773‑2013 and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopt WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level AA for online services. בישראל אנו פועלים בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג‑2013 ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המאמצים את WCAG 2.0/2.1 רמה AA לשירותים מקוונים.

"Conformance" here means we hold ourselves to the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria across the Foretell application. Because the product changes continuously, parts of newer functionality may not yet be fully conformant; where that is the case we list it under "Known limitations" below and work to close the gap. 4. Accessible reports & data4. דוחות ונתונים נגישים

Foretell's core output is the prediction report — text, scores, and data visualizations. We treat the readability of these outputs as a first-class accessibility concern: הפלט המרכזי של Foretell הוא דוח התחזית — טקסט, ציונים והדמיות נתונים. אנו מתייחסים לקריאוּת הפלטים הללו כעניין נגישות מדרגה ראשונה:

Foretell is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) on desktop and mobile, used together with current assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Accessibility relies on these technologies supporting the relevant web standards; very old or unsupported combinations may degrade the experience. ‏Foretell מתוכנן לעבוד עם הגרסאות העדכניות של הדפדפנים המובילים (Chrome, Edge, Firefox ו‑Safari) במחשב ובנייד, בשילוב עם טכנולוגיות מסייעות עדכניות כגון NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver ו‑TalkBack. הנגישות מסתמכת על תמיכת טכנולוגיות אלה בתקני הרשת הרלוונטיים; שילובים ישנים מאוד או שאינם נתמכים עלולים לפגוע בחוויה.

6. Known limitations6. מגבלות ידועות
