Each customer's content is processed on a single-tenant basis in an isolated, per-tenant store. Our quantitative-forecasting model runs self-hosted on our own infrastructure. We use a small number of infrastructure and processing sub-processors — currently Anthropic (AI/LLM inference), RunPod (application & compute hosting), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, edge & KV), PayPal (payments), and SerpApi (marketing content research only — it does not process customer simulation data or Customer Content). They act under contract, only as needed to provide the Service, and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Each is engaged under a data-processing agreement consistent with GDPR Article 28; where they process EU/EEA personal data, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and Israeli adequacy (Section 8). Recipients of billing and invoice data — your name, company, billing address, email address, and purchase amount — also include our external accounting service provider, which receives issued invoices and monthly invoice summaries for statutory bookkeeping and tax filings. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Israeli tax and bookkeeping law). This data is retained per the statutory record-keeping periods (7 years — Section 9). 8. International transfers8. העברות בינלאומיות

We are based in Israel — recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. In practice, your data is processed on our compute host (RunPod), delivered via Cloudflare's global edge, sent to Anthropic (US) for AI inference, and handled by PayPal (US) for billing. Our primary application and simulation compute runs in the European Economic Area — currently RunPod’s Iceland region (EUR-IS-1); Iceland is an EEA member and the GDPR applies. Some sub-processing takes place in the United States (Anthropic for AI inference, PayPal for billing), protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as described above. 9. Data retention9. שמירת מידע

• Customer content & reports. Retained while your account is active. Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law), individuals may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of their personal data, and to data portability. Derived organizational memory (the "Brain"). From your content we build a derived layer — a knowledge graph, linked wiki, embeddings, and calibrations. As between you and us this derived layer is our analytical work product, processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing and improving your tenant's own service and of performance of our contract; it is regenerated from your raw inputs and is therefore not separately portable (your raw uploads and reports are exportable — Terms Section 18). Self-service deletion. If you hold an account, you can erase it yourself at any time — no request needed — from the Delete account screen in the app (app.foretell.technology/account/delete, reachable from your dashboard). This permanently deletes your account and erases your data — your organizational memory ("Brain"), uploads, simulations, credits, and referral rewards; the erasure cascades to the derived layer (Section 9) and cannot be undone. 11. Security11. אבטחה

We protect data with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — including authenticated sessions and scoped API keys, encryption of secrets, least-privilege access, per-tenant isolation, audit logging, and per-tenant backups. All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ (TLS 1.3 preferred); data at rest is encrypted. With marketing consent, we send conversion events (for example: a sample-report view, a signup, a purchase and its amount) to Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram ads), TikTok and LinkedIn, through browser pixels and through their server-side measurement APIs. What they receive: the event, its time and value, the page URL, ad click identifiers, your IP address and browser user-agent, and — for signed-in conversions — your email address only as a SHA-256 hash (never in plain text). These platforms process this data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We never send them your uploaded documents, reports, or simulation content. In the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Israel, marketing cookies and marketing data sharing are off until you affirmatively opt in; elsewhere a banner offers an equally prominent reject option. If your location cannot be determined we treat you as opt-in-required. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of both sites — withdrawal deletes the attribution cookies and stops all marketing data sharing from that moment. We keep a record of consent decisions (timestamp, policy version, country, your choice, and a salted hash of IP and browser signature — never the raw IP) as required by law.
