1. Credits & prices1. קרדיטים ומחירים

Foretell is priced by simulation credit: 1 credit = 1 simulation, and every simulation runs the full engine (up to 1,000 AI agents, organizational memory included, results within 24 hours). You buy credits in one-time packages; larger packages carry a lower per-simulation price. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of VAT and other taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Optional add-ons. Beyond simulation credits, two optional add-ons are priced separately and charged only when you use them: Linked Reports — link two or more completed reports into one unified cross-analysis for $25 per report linked, uncapped, the same fee in either synthesis mode (ranked recommendation or a neutral side-by-side comparison); and the Decision Tiebreaker — an optional deeper analysis when a comparison is close, $75 flat regardless of how many options are compared. Reports you already paid for are not charged their simulation price again — only the add-on fee applies. 2. One-time payment — no subscription2. תשלום חד‑פעמי — ללא מנוי

You pay once for the credits you buy — there is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no auto-renewal. Purchasing a package is a single charge through our payment provider; we do not store recurring billing authority and will not charge you again unless you choose to buy more credits. 3. Credits never expire3. הקרדיטים אינם פגי‑תוקף

Credits do not expire. Once purchased, a credit remains available on your account until you use it, with no time limit and no maintenance fee. 4. Refunds4. החזרים

• Used credits are non-refundable. A credit is "used" once a simulation has started running with it. 5. Referral program5. תוכנית הפניות

You can earn account credit by inviting others to Foretell. When someone signs up through your referral link, they receive $100 toward their first simulation and you receive $100 in account balance. This applies independently of the fraud and abuse reversal described above — it can occur even where no abuse is involved, simply because the purchase that funded the reward no longer stands. 6. EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal6. זכות ביטול של 14 יום ב‑EU/EEA

Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Foretell is a business-to-business service used by organizations and by individuals acting in a professional capacity, so this consumer withdrawal right generally does not apply. If it does apply to you, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]; by running a simulation within that period you ask us to begin performance and acknowledge that the right is lost as to any credit already used. לצרכנים ב‑EU/EEA עומדת זכות חוקית לבטל חוזה מרחוק בתוך 14 ימים. ‏Foretell הוא שירות עסקי (B2B) המשמש ארגונים ויחידים הפועלים בכובע מקצועי, ולכן זכות ביטול צרכנית זו אינה חלה בדרך כלל. אם היא חלה עליכם, תוכלו לבטל בתוך 14 ימים מהרכישה בפנייה אל [email protected]; בהרצת סימולציה בתוך תקופה זו אתם מבקשים מאיתנו להתחיל בביצוע ומאשרים כי הזכות פוקעת ביחס לכל קרדיט שכבר נוצל.

7. Payment provider & statutory rights7. ספק תשלומים וזכויות שבדין

Payments are processed by PayPal; by paying you also accept PayPal's terms for the payment instrument you use. We do not receive or store your full card details. Nothing in these Billing Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. התשלומים מעובדים על‑ידי PayPal; בתשלום אתם מקבלים גם את תנאי PayPal לאמצעי התשלום שבו אתם משתמשים. איננו מקבלים או שומרים את פרטי הכרטיס המלאים שלכם. אין באמור בתנאי חיוב אלה כדי לגרוע מזכויות בלתי ניתנות לוויתור העומדות לכם לפי דין.
