These Referral Program Terms govern Foretell's invite-a-friend program — how you and the person you invite each earn a $100 account-balance reward, and the conditions under which a reward can be reversed. Referral rewards are a dollar-value account balance only — not simulation credits, and not cash in any form. 1. Reward structure1. מבנה התגמול
When someone signs up through your referral link: they receive $100 (USD) toward their first simulation the moment they verify their email address, and you receive $100 (USD) in account balance when they make their first paid purchase. Your reward is one-time per referred customer — it is not recurring and not a share of that customer's spend. A referral reward is a dollar amount added to your Foretell account balance immediately when earned, and applied to your purchases at checkout. It is not a simulation credit: Foretell sells simulations as credits (one credit = one full simulation, $199), while the $100 reward is money-value balance that reduces what you pay — for example, it lowers the price of a $199 simulation credit to $99. The reward balance is not money either: it cannot be withdrawn, paid out, transferred to another account, redeemed, or converted into cash or any other currency, via PayPal or otherwise. Negotiated partner arrangements are the one exception. Where Foretell has separately agreed a partner revenue-share arrangement with a specific account (set per account by Foretell), the revenue-share amounts that arrangement earns MAY be withdrawn as real money to PayPal, under these conditions: each credited share becomes withdrawable only after a 30-day hold (the window in which the underlying purchase can still be refunded or disputed); the minimum withdrawal is $50 (USD); withdrawable amounts never exceed the unspent account balance (a share spent on simulations cannot also be withdrawn); and every withdrawal requires Foretell's manual approval — no withdrawal is automatic. A withdrawn share whose underlying purchase is later reversed is recorded as a debt against future earnings. 3. Reversal — refund, dispute, or fraud3. ביטול — החזר, מחלוקת או הונאה
If the referred customer's first purchase is later refunded, reversed (chargeback), or lost to a dispute resolved against us, the $100 it earned is deducted from the referrer's account balance. You may not refer yourself or create accounts to refer yourself. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel any referral reward — and suspend participation in the program — where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a breach of these terms or the Terms of Service.
